Minister of Transportation Bimal Rathnayake says the construction of the Kadawatha- Mirigama Section of the Central Expressway will be completed by the April New Year in 2028.
Minister Rathnayake said that the Pothuhera- Rambukkana section of the Central Expressway will be completed prior to this.
He further said that by the April New Year in 2028, the public will be able to travel from Kadawatha to Rambukkana on the Central Expressway.
The Transport Minister made the remarks while addressing the event held today to launch the resumption of the construction of the Kadawatha- Mirigama Section of the Central Expressway. (Newswire)
