Lotteries Board case : Thusitha Halloluwa further remanded

The Fort Magistrate’s Court today further remanded former National Lotteries Board Director, Thusitha Halloluwa, until 06 June over the alleged misuse of state property.

He was remanded based on investigations into a case filed over the alleged misuse of state property during his tenure as the Acting Director of the National Lotteries Board.

Reports state that the accusations concern the alleged misuse of a computer and a mobile phone valued at over Rs. 470,000. (Newswire)
