Main opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MPs attended Parliament dressed in black on Friday as a mark of protest against the proposed 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.
The protest comes ahead of the vote on the 22nd Amendment, which is scheduled to take place in Parliament this evening.
The SJB has opposed the proposed constitutional amendment and has called for its withdrawal. (Newswire)
