Reports on Patient’s death due to giving carbon dioxide instead of oxygen : Report called

The Health Minister Ramesh Pathirana, has instructed the Director of Colombo National Hospital to provide a report following recent revelations that a patient died at the national hospital due to the inadvertent administration of carbon dioxide instead of oxygen.
