CBSL Rates : USD selling rate steady at Rs. 339

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar today (18), compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate steady at Rs. 339. 

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 330.02 to Rs. 329.18, while the selling rate has also decreased from Rs. 339.90 to Rs. 339.06.

The Sri Lankan Rupee has also appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, including the Australian and Canadian Dollars, the Euro, the Sterling Pound and the Swiss Franc. 

The Rupee has also appreciated against some Gulf currencies, including the Bahrain and Kuwait Dinars, and the Oman Rial. (Newswire)
