United National Party Leader and former President Ranil Wickremesinghe visited the Iranian Embassy in Colombo this morning (05 Mar) to convey condolences on the passing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Wickremesinghe, who served as Sri Lanka’s 8th Executive President, met with Iranian Ambassador Alireza Delkosh during his visit.
During the visit, he expressed his sympathies on behalf of Sri Lanka. (Newswire)
