The Islamabad High Court has granted bail to former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, suspending his three-year jail sentence in a case related to state gifts.
This decision comes as a significant relief for Khan, who is facing challenges ahead of the upcoming national elections.
The panel of justices accepted Khan’s appeal, as mentioned by Naeem Haider Panjutha, a spokesperson for Khan’s legal matters on platform X. Earlier this month, a lower court judge had ruled against the former premier.
