Rakitha Rajapakshe, former SJB Horana organiser Charith Abeysinghe, and former Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Ltd. director Aruna Warunahendige have been further remanded until July 17 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court.
The three suspects were arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption over an alleged bribery scheme linked to organised crime figure Nandun Chinthaka Wickramaratne alias ‘Harak Kata’
They had previously been remanded until today after being produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court. (Newswire)
