A 28-year-old police constable attached to the Walana Central Anti-Vice Striking Force has died by suicide.
Police said the constable was found near the main entrance of the police station early this morning (29). He was admitted to the Panadura Base Hospital, where he later died.
The deceased was a resident of Peradeniya. (Newswire)
