Jaffna District MP Archchuna Ramanathan was seen removing an offensive cut-out of himself that had been decorated with a garland made of slippers in Jaffna.
The life-size cut-out was placed by the roadside in the Gurunagar area of Jaffna.
Video footage has emerged showing the MP removing the cut-out and placing it in his vehicle. (Newswire)
