The Matugama Police have sought public assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with the murder of a 34‑year‑old woman in Delandahena on April 18, 2025.
The victim was attacked with a sharp weapon to her neck. Investigations reveal that the suspect has fled the area and is in hiding.
The suspect has been identified as Buhmanage Den Sanath Ravinda Nilantha, of No. 78/01, Ihala Kanda, Agalawatta (NIC: 840321401V).
