President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Kumarasingam Kunanathan as the new Chief Secretary of the Eastern Province.
Secretary to the President Nandika Sanath Kumanayake handed over the letter of appointment to Kunanathan at the Presidential Secretariat on Wednesday (08).
Kunanathan, a Special Grade officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, has previously served as Secretary to the Eastern Province Ministry of Education and as Divisional Secretary of Kuchchaveli, Verugal and Manmunai North. (Newswire)
