The Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) said the island-wide doctors’ strike entered its second day today (24) as the government has yet to address their concerns.
The association added that a decision on whether to extend the strike beyond 48 hours is expected on Monday.
Meanwhile, patients have reported significant disruption, while radiological technologists plan to resume their own strike action on 28 January over separate grievances. (NewsWire)
