Major General Manada Yahampath appointed Sri Lanka Army Chief of Staff

Major General Manada Yahampath of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry has been appointed as the 68th Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army with effect from April 2, 2026.

The appointment was announced by the Sri Lanka Army today.
