The fare for three-wheelers in the Western Province has been reduced by Rs. 5, effective from today (09), according to the Western Province Road Passenger Transport Authority.
Jeewinda Keerthirathna, the Head of the Three-Wheeler Division, stated that the fare for the second kilometer has been reduced, bringing it down to Rs. 85, while the first kilometer remains at Rs. 100. He urged the public to refrain from paying more than the revised rates for the service.
