The Ministry of Sports has refuted allegations levelled against Sports Minister Roshan Ranasinghe by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) President Shammi Silva at a recent media briefing.
Issuing a statement, the Ministry said Shammi Silva had accused the Sports Minister of having distributed the funds provided by the SLC to the National Sports Fund to his close associates.
Refuting the allegations, the Sports Ministry has provided details on the transactions of the said funds from the National Sports Fund. (NewsWire)
