Dollar rate today: US Dollar selling rate drops to Rs. 338

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar across commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (12), compared to Tuesday, with the US Dollar selling rate dropping to Rs. 338. 

According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 330.75, while the selling rate is also unchanged at Rs. 340.00.

At NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have decreased from Rs. 330.35 to Rs. 329.95 and from Rs. 339.35 to Rs. 338.95, respectively.

At People’s Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 330.87 to Rs. 330.23, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 339.07 to Rs. 338.42.

Commercial Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 328.81 to Rs. 328.56, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 338.75 to Rs. 338.50.

At Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 331.00 to Rs. 330.50, while the selling rate also reduced from Rs. 339.00 to Rs. 338.50. (Newswire)
