In a macabre discovery, an unidentified man’s lifeless body was found inside a blue traveling bag on the banks of Dandugam Oya in Seeduwa.
According to police spokesperson SSP Nihal Thadulwa, the victim is believed to have passed away several days ago. His identity remains a mystery, but authorities estimate he was between 35 and 40 years old.
Investigations are ongoing as authorities seek to unravel the circumstances behind this unsettling find.
