SLTB launches system to collect passenger feedback on public transport

The Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) has introduced a new mechanism to gather passenger feedback, suggestions, and complaints regarding public transportation.

According to SLTB Chief Executive Officer Mahesh Kulatilleke, the initiative is part of a broader plan aimed at ensuring safer and more efficient public transport services. 

Passengers who use SLTB services can now file complaints and share their suggestions through the following platforms:
