A car had caught fire while on the Dehiwala flyover on Monday night (Apr 01), it was reported.
According to reports, it is suspected that the car had caught fire due to a technical fault in the vehicle.
The incident occurred when the vehicle was plying from Colombo to Dehiwala around 7.45 pm.
The driver of the car is said to have escaped from the vehicle unhurt, while the Dehiwala Fire Brigade had managed to contain the fire. (NewsWire)
