The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) says it will attend the All-Party Conference that is to be held tomorrow (23).

TNA MP M.A. Sumanthiran has confirmed the party’s participation in the conference.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has convened the conference to discuss measures to address the various issues faced by Sri Lanka at present.

As of now, only the United National Party (UNP), Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), and the TNA have announced that they will attend the conference.

However, the opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB), Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), National Freedom Front (NFF), and Pivithuru Hella Urumaya, have all said they will boycott the conference.

The Government-affiliated Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) too has announced that it will not attend the All-Party Conference. (NewsWire)
