Indonesia has offered humanitarian aid to Sri Lanka for the purchase of essential medicines and medical equipment.
The Ambassador of Indonesia to Sri Lanka Dewi Gustina Tobing said a sum of US $1.6 million has been offered to Sri Lanka as humanitarian aid.
“The total volume of the aid is 3.1 tons, to be sent from Jakarta to Colombo by SriLankan Airlines in two dispatches on the 28th of April and 8th of May 2022,” she said, in a statement.
