The rupee has further depreciated against the Sterling Pound passing the Rs. 400 mark today, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
Accordingly, the buying rate of the Sterling Pound is Rs. 396. 34, while the selling rate is Rs. 412.46.
However, the rupee remains unchanged against the US Dollar in comparison to yesterday, with the selling rate at Rs. 369.91.
The rupee has also further depreciated against the Australian dollar and Euro but has slightly appreciated against the Canadian dollar. (NewsWire)
