The Cabinet has granted approval to provide freehold deeds to the beneficiaries of the Oval View Residencies housing project in Borella.
According to the government, the 24-storey housing complex in Borella consists of 608 housing units built for government employees.
Five commercial units have been completed and were handed over to the beneficiaries in the year 2020.
A proposal has been made to provide freehold deeds to the beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Development Authority Act No. 41 of 1978.
The proposal presented by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing has received Cabinet approval. (NewsWire)
