The Police have sought the assistance of the public to arrest a suspect wanted over the shooting incident reported near Leslie Ranagala Mawatha in Borella.
A 53-year-old man was reported dead after being shot by unidentified gunmen near Leslie Ranagala Mawatha in Borella on May 20.
Two unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle had opened fire at another individual who also was travelling on a motorcycle and had fled the area following the shooting.
Investigations launched by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) have found that one identified suspect has fled from his place of residence.
The Police have sought the assistance of the public to apprehend the wanted suspect.
