Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Namal Rajapaksa says several people from various sectors have expressed interest in contesting under the SLPP for the Presidential Election.
Speaking to reporters, MP Rajapaksa said the SLPP was ready to face the Presidential Election if it is held next year.
“There have been several requests. Businessmen, politicians, and even Presidents have expressed interest in contesting under the SLPP,” he said. (NewsWire)
