Two men on a motorcycle snatching the gold chain of a woman at a roadside eatery in Moranthuduwa has been caught on CCTV.
Video footage shows the men on a motorcycle preparing to carry out the robbery near a roadside eatery.
After snatching the chain, the man was caught by an individual from the restaurant as his partner had failed to start up his motorcycle.
However, both suspects manage to escape immediately.
