The Blue Ocean Group has inked a USD 3.38 million project with the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) for a high-end residential development in Bambalapitiya.
According to a BOI statement, the newest high-end residential development by the illustrious Blue Ocean Group will be located at No. 15A, Layards Road, Colombo 04.
The BOI further states that the group’s dedication to reshaping city life via cutting-edge design and expert construction is on full display in this historic project.
