A 24-year-old man has been arrested for illegally possessing fuel in the Sinnasandhi area within the Ramanathapuram Police Division.
The arrest was made during a raid conducted on March 21 in the area.
Police seized 1,220 liters of petrol and 530 liters of diesel that were being stored unlawfully.
The suspect is a resident of the Dharmapuram area. Further investigations are underway. (Newswire)
