The victim in the shooting incident reported in Kalutara South today (28) has been identified as a businessman from the area.
Addressing the media, Police Spokesman ASP F.U. Wootler said that the deceased is a 38-year-old man.
“A group that had arrived in a car opened fire at the businessman who was travelling on a motorcycle,” he said.
ASP Wootler added that three Police teams under the Kalutara South Police have launched investigations into the shooting. (Newswire)
