Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has extended congratulations to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on their electoral victory in West Bengal.
In a post on ‘X’, Premadasa described the outcome as a reflection of the people’s will and the strength of democratic participation.
“Congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi @narendramodi and the BJP on their electoral victory in West Bengal. The mandate reflects the will of the people and the enduring strength of democratic participation. Wishing India continued progress and stability,” Premadasa said.
