A 12-hour water cut will be imposed in several areas, including in Colombo, on Sunday, 25 May 2025.
According to the Water Board, the water cut will be implemented from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm on Sunday.
The water supply will be suspended for the Colombo 01-15 areas, and the Kotte, Kaduwela, Battaramulla, Kollonawa, Kotikawatte, Mulleriyawa, IDH, Maharagama, Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Ratmalana and Moratuwa areas.
The water cut is being imposed due to urgent maintenance work on the Ambatale Water Treatment Plant. (Newswire)
