NOLIMIT has committed Rs. 60 million towards disaster relief and recovery efforts as Sri Lanka continues to rebuild after Cyclone Ditwah, which triggered widespread flooding and landslides across the country.

The contribution includes a Rs. 15 million donation to the Government of Sri Lanka, formally handed over to Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya on 8 December 2025. The Prime Minister commended the support, noting the importance of private-sector assistance during national emergencies.

Beyond the government contribution, NOLIMIT has launched Rs. 45 million worth of relief initiatives in several flood- and landslide-affected districts. These efforts involve distributing essential supplies, providing field assistance, and supporting families working to rebuild their homes and livelihoods. The company has also prioritised its own staff in impacted regions, offering disaster recovery aid and essential resources to help employees regain stability.

All assistance is channelled through ‘Aseemitha’, NOLIMIT’s CSR arm, which leads long-term community development efforts across healthcare, childcare, education, culture, and sports. The organisation says the latest response reflects its ongoing dedication to meaningful social impact and national resilience.

NOLIMIT’s leadership said the company remains committed to standing with communities in crisis and helping the country recover.

“Sri Lanka has always shown strength in the face of adversity. Together, we will rise stronger,” the company said in a statement, reaffirming its support for national recovery efforts.
