Ramesh Mihiranga alias ‘Manna Ramesh’, a leader of the organised crime gang who led many crimes while residing in Dubai, has been arrested in Dubai and brought back to Sri Lanka this morning
“Ramesh Priyajanaka alias ‘Manna Ramesh’ who was arrested in Dubai brought to Sri Lanka this morning by a team of CID officers” Police spokesman confirmed.
